Cambridge BID hosted the very first Cambridge BID Awards last Thursday evening at the wonderful Downing College Cambridge. We attended the event with other local retailers and businesses which sought to recognise excellence amongst local businesses. Sixty local businesses took part in a mystery shop programme and based on the results of the mystery shop we are delighted to have received a gold accreditation for our Customer Service and many congratulations to Mercedes at Prohibido Lingerie who we were runners up to for the Best Customer Experience in the Independent Fashion category. x
